Portfolio website redesign for a freelance motion designer — featuring smooth scroll animations, embedded Vimeo reels, and a minimal CMS for self-managed updates.
The Problem
The previous Wix site was slow, lacked mobile responsiveness, and had no easy way to add new projects without breaking the layout.
Our Approach
Rebuilt on Next.js with Sanity CMS, implemented GSAP scroll-triggered animations, and optimised media delivery via Cloudinary.
The Result
Lighthouse performance score jumped from 42 to 97. The client now publishes new case studies independently in under 10 minutes.
Outcome
Inbound freelance enquiries doubled within 30 days of relaunch.
